Turnaround and Shipping
How long will it take for me to have my order ready to ship?
The turnaround time depends on the product that you buy. Our regular turnaround time is the same-day pick-up, same-day delivery or other options as may be chosen by a customer while placing the order. Due to the order volume, DeckMart might need up to two days to make it ready for delivery. All above turnaround timing are subject to the item shown on the website as "in stock".
However, some items require extra time, five business days or more. See the "Shipping & Availability" section for each product. Certain Special-Order items can take up to 4 to 5 weeks to get ready for shipping. Also, remote addresses will take more time since we need to collect multiple orders in that direction. If you are under a time crunch and are looking to get an order faster, we can squeeze your order into the existing schedule. Contact customer service, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available; please check the "Shipping and availability" section for individual items & availability of products on the product's page or "Quick order form" for a particular product or group of products. If products are back-ordered, we will email you an estimated delivery time. If you choose to cancel your back-ordered product, please get in touch with Customer Service.
What are my shipping options?
We ship all orders with Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, and other Third-Party transportation companies or using our trucks.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
DeckMart delivers within Canada & US subject to the order qualifies requirements of the transportation company. For orders that do not meet the transportation company's requirements and do not get any online Live quote for transportation, please get in touch with Customer service. Orders/Deliveries to select remote locations will need to be placed through the Shipping department, and shipping rates will be provided before order confirmation/completion. Deliveries can only be made to sites with a street address or rural route number with a postal code. Deliveries to rural/remote areas might require additional shipping charges.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Do you ship outside Ontario?
We do! We frequently ship to other provinces in Canada or US. If you do not get a Live online quote for your cart, send us an email with the item you are interested in ordering, and our shipping department will check shipping possibility, costs and turnaround time.
What are the shipping rates?
Your shipping rates will depend on the item or items in your order.
Weight, size and destination determine shipping rates. To determine the shipping rate for a specific product, add the product in needed quantities to the shopping cart and then add the delivery address with the postal code.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, get in touch with DeckMart as soon as possible. We will do all possible to accommodate your request if your order is still in pending status.
Pick-up from DeckMart Warehouse
As soon as your order is ready, you can pick it up at 601 Garyray Dr, North York, ON, M9L 1P9. From the moment your order is prepared, you must come and pick it up within seven days. After this period, DeckMart reserves the right to cancel the order according to company's Return & Refund Policy.
