Returns & Refunds Policy

All items returned or purchases cancelled within 30 days from date of purchase or delivery except Special Order Items (and/or Non-returnable Items) are eligible for return and refund subject to company’s Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Change or Cancellation

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact DeckMart as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed.

Restoking and/or Cancellation Fee

20% restoking fee is applicable to all Returns and Cancellations if otherwise is not specified in respective product page under section “Returns & Refunds”. We understand if you do not want to complete the purchase due to Restoking and/or Cancellation fees but as a small business, we cannot afford carrying those pricy costs that occur due to Returns and/or Cancellations.

DeckMart does its best efforts to deliver you best quality products with most competitive pricing in the market and meet your expectations. Some products we do carry have extensive handling costs due to their oversized nature and large dimensions as well as heavy weight. When you cancel or change your order, we are forced to return products either to manufacturer’s distribution centers or manufacturers itself south of the boarder who in their turn charge us 25% to 30% restocking fees. The other option is to keep returned or cancelled products in our warehouse facilities and carry extensive handling costs. 

When you pay us buy Credit Card, we pay to your credit card processing company 2.5%-3.5% from each transaction. When you cancel your order, we pay same 2.5%-3.5% again from amount refunded. If you see, we carry 5% to 7% extra expenses just on Credit Card processing.

How to return Item

All returned items should be returned by purchaser to DeckMart warehouse 601 Garyray Dr, North York, ON, M9L 1P9

Special Order Items (Non-returnable Items)

No Return and Cancellations are accepted for Special order Items (and/or Non-returnable Items). Whether or not the product is “Special Order Item” (and/or Non-returnable Item) you can see from respective product page.
