All items returned or purchases cancelled within 30 days of purchase except Special Order and Non-returnable Items are eligible for return and refund subject to DeckMart's Returns & Refunds Policy.
Order Change or Cancellation
If you want to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with DeckMart as soon as possible. We will accommodate your request if your order has yet to be processed.
Restoking and Cancellation Fee
DeckMart does its best to deliver the best quality products with the most competitive pricing in the market and meet your expectations. Some products we carry have extensive handling costs due to their oversized nature, large dimensions, and heavyweight. When you cancel or change your order, we return products to the manufacturer's distribution centers, keep returned or cancelled items in our warehouse facilities, and carry extensive handling costs.
How to return Item
The purchaser should return all to-be-returned items to DeckMart warehouse 601 Garyray Dr, North York, ON, M9L 1P9.
Special Order and Non-returnable Items
We do not accept Returns and Cancellations for Special orders or Non-returnable Items. You can see whether the product is a "Special Order Item" or Non-returnable Item from the respective product page.
