Fortress AL13 Home 3"x 3" Posts with pre-attached brackets, provide ease of installation, simplified ordering, and consistent quality. Fortress Over-The-Post and Proud Post options offer ultimate flexibility, with many top rail finishing choices. Fortress posts come with a base cover included in the kit. The post cap is not included in the kit and is sold separately.
Use Blank posts whenever you need to reach other than 90-degree angles by attaching angle brackets.
3" posts can only be used for Proud Post applications. For Over-The-Post applications, you should buy 2" posts.
- 39.5" posts will result in a 36" height railing with Proud-Post application
- 45.5" posts will result 42" height railing with the Proud-Post application
- 51" posts will result in 48" height railing with Proud-Post application
