DeckMart application Privacy Policy

DeckMart application (thereafter Application) allows its users to use the services of DeckMart company from mobile phones and tablets.
Your privacy is important to us. This is the Application policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our app.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.
We will not use or share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or when required by law.

Information Collected and Used by Us

For a better experience, while using our Application, we may require you to provide with the following personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information:

Location - On some pages of the Application, the Application will require your location (a non-personalized pair of geographical coordinates). The coordinates are needed to set the center of the map at your location. The coordinates are not sent out of the Application, and your coordinates will be destroyed after you close the Application. If your device's Android version is 6 and above, you can decline to provide the location permission, with the understanding that the features mentioned above will not work. If your device's Android version is below 6 and you do not agree to provide your location, you should not use the Application.

Google FCM token - Google FCM token is a token provided by Google Firebase and used for sending push notifications. The application takes your FCM token and sends it to our server, which will be kept there for future use. We use your token to send push notifications to you. We will not share your token with any third party.

Name, surname, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, and application password - On the registration page the Application requires you to provide the data. We collect the data, send it to our server and keep it there for future use. We need the data to be able to identify you and provide access to the individual services of the Application, and to be able to communicate with you.

Products online order data, including delivery address and other information - We need the data to deliver the products ordered from the Application.

Cumulative card number, balance, and history - All registered users may be given a cumulative personal card as a loyalty program if available. We will need the data to allow you to collect bonuses and spend them during purchases.

Information Collected and Used by Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information to identify you. They may collect at background or require you to provide specific personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Android Advertising ID, Advertising Identifier for iOS, cookies and similar technologies, your device location, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the Application, the time and date of your use of the Application, and other statistics. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of these services. We have no control over how third-party services collect, use and keep information. So, we assume no responsibility for any third-party services.
The list of the third-party services used by the Application and the link to the privacy policy of the services:

• Google Maps API - used for showing Google map
• Google Firebase - used for collecting non-personally identifiable analytical data, app crash and error logs, and for sending push notifications

Google provides all the services mentioned above, and you can find the services’ privacy policies in Google Privacy Policy. As the Application uses Google Maps API, using this Application, you are also bound by Google Terms of Service and any other applicable Google terms and policies. If you disagree with the terms and policies, you should not use the Application.

• Stripe API - used for making payments for orders using credit cards. You must provide your credit card data if you want to pay for the order using your credit card. The data is filled at ZOHOsecurepay.com webpage opened from the Application. The webpage is located outside of the Application, and we do not have the opportunity to access the data supplied on the webpage. The data will be sent to Stripe API. Then Stripe will check whether you have the required amount in your card available balance and will transfer the order sum to DeckMart. Your card data will not exist in the Application. You can choose other payment methods if you don’t wish to provide your bank card data. Please visit the Stripe website to get more info about Stripe’s privacy policy.

• Amazon Web Services - We use Amazon Web Services to keep our user’s data. You can find the privacy policy of the service at AWS Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the policy, you should not use the Application.

• Zoho Commerce - We use Zoho Commerce to keep our user’s data. You can find the privacy policy of the service at Zoho Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the policy, you should not use the Application.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data commonly used as unique anonymous identifiers. They can be sent to your device and stored on your internal memory. We do not use cookies. However, third-party services can use cookies to collect information and improve their services. Security

We value your trust in providing our third-party services providers and us with your Personal Information; thus, we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

User Account Deletion Request and Data Removal

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and any associated data from our database. To initiate this process, please send a request to sales@deckmart.ca. Upon receipt of your request, your account and data will be deleted within 5 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will promptly review and verify the information provided. To protect your account's security, we may request additional information or confirmation of your identity before proceeding with the deletion process.

This Application may contain links to other websites and apps. You will be directed to that website or app if you click on such a link. Note that we do not operate these external websites and apps. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review these websites and apps' terms of use and privacy policy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, terms of use, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, apps or services.

Acceptance of This Privacy Policy

Your continued use of the Application will be regarded as acceptance of the Privacy Policy, collection, and usage of information about this policy.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
